Is it chicken or fish?

I LOVE tuna! It is so easy to throw a can of tuna on top of a salad. Grab one of those little flavored tuna packs and have it by itself for a quick snack or throw it on some bread for a sandwich. Yum. Easy and packed with protein.
On the weekends when I have some extra time, tuna cakes are one of my favorite meals! The prep time is about 10 minutes. The time consuming part is cooking the cakes in the air frier. I cook each batch 20 minutes each. Your cook time will vary depending on how large you make each tuna cake and the size of your air fryer.
Here is list of what you will need!
Ingredients:
3 large cans of tuna in water
1 large egg
3 tablespoons of dill relish
2 tablespoons of spicy mustard
1 tablespoon of old bay
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of panko crumbs Bread crumbs
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
Prep time : 10 minutes
Cook time : 60 minutes (varies)
Drain water from the tuna and put in a large mixing bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients!

Mix everything together and form tuna into balls about the size of a tennis ball. You should get about 12 cakes out of the mixture. Flatten out the tuna balls before putting them in the air fryer.

Spray air fryer with olive oil spray and place in as many cakes as you can fit without touching. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. (Mine fits 4 at a time) Continue until all cakes are cooked.

Let me know if you try them and what you think!!!!
