Good Morning!
I thought I would follow up my post about becoming a morning person with some easy breakfast ideas! I remember a time when I was younger when I always skipped breakfast. What was I thinking? Seriously?!?! Breakfast food is seriously the BEST!
The downfall when I started having breakfast again….I would hit the drive through at Dunkin and get a sugared up coffee and donut. Sometimes I’d throw in a hashbrown order. Yum. God I love donuts.
But of course, that wasn’t a healthy breakfast choice. Especially when I was 5 days a week.
I also love bacon and egg sandwiches and would load it up with Mayo too. Not too bad but still probably not the best options.
So, I wanted to do better with my morning breakfast routine and figure out some easy ideas that I would love and feel full.
Here are my favorite morning breakfast ideas
Chocolate Blueberry Oatmeal.
I take 1/2 raw oats and add 1 cup of water.
Heat in microwave for a minute.
Once removed from the microwave I add 1/4 a cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt. 1/4 cup of fresh blue berries and a table spoon of dark chocolate chips.
Stir it all together. The oatmeal is still warm so it melts the chocolate. It is filling and delicious.

Banana Blueberry Bread
I found this recipe on Skinnytaste.com and I love it! I make this all the time and it’s a delicious quick breakfast. Just grab a slice and go!
Fresh fruit
I love getting a bunch of greasy fruit and cutting it all up for a fruit salad. It’s an easy and refreshing breakfast. You can always add in some yogurt or oatmeal too.

Pickled Eggs
Do you love hard boiled eggs? Pickled eggs just have some extra flavor and are so yummy. You can buy them in a deli of the grocery store or make your own at home. Here is a great recipe for them!
Open face Egg and Avocado
I make a piece of toast.
Spread some avocado on the toast.
Slice up a tomato and add one or two small slices.
Add an over easy egg.
